Retained Search Services We provide retained search services for clients who are looking to retain us on an exclusive or semi exclusive basis. There are usually two reasons to use this service. 1. Client has a need for a senior level IT executive and wants to keep the search confidential, under control, and to guarantee a high level of candidate referral. 2. Client has a need to bring in several IT professionals for one or two groups and wants to keep hiring costs down, and avoid dealing with several 3rd parties. This is a service that we have had much success in. When we are brought in as the primary staffing source, we are able to offer a tremendous savings by agreeing upon a set number of hires in a set period of time. A simple example would be: ABC Financial Services needs 8 Mid to Senior Level Software Developers for an Equities application group. Our normal fee structure in this scenario is 25%. We are working against other unknown 3rd parties, possibly sending candidates that may have been submitted two hours before ours, and we may end up placing 2 to 4 of a possible 8 IT people. If we are lucky maybe more. If we were retained to bring in the whole team, it provides both sides the opportunity to really work together and have continuity in the referral process, in that we know everyone that is being sent and can help in assembling the team. In terms of cost savings for the customer, we are assured to make all 8 placements as opposed to a possible 2 to 4 in the first scenario. We would be able to discount the fee, or come to terms on a set cost for the entire team  Contigency Permanent Placement We also offer traditional contingency staffing services to our clients which means you do not pay us a fee until we place a candidate with your company. Our fees are usually 20-25% of placed individuals negotiated first years compensation.
