| Solutions Unlimited was established in 1988. It was of course a very different world then in terms of technology where mainframes and client server systems ruled for the most part. What we consider now to be legacy systems, was then our bread and butter as it related to our candidate and customer base.
There have been so many advances in technology over the past 15 to 20 years especially in the NYC area market. On the other hand, there have also been several periods of tough economical times which we have all had to endure on some level. These times can be just too difficult for many companies to weather....as a result, many information technology staffing companies have had to close down.
Solutions Unlimited made it through these difficult times by establishing and maintaining long term relationships with our clients by fostering trust, professionalism, and good old fashioned customer service. We are stronger as a result of these times. I have to say that in talking with my clients, one of the most important attributes in a staffing company is staying power. They want to know that we are going to be there when they need us.
But as said earlier, what we are really doing every day is creating and building relationships. How do we do this? By asking the right questions - and, most importantly, by listening to the answers. To us, this is the best way - the only way - to ensure that the right person is placed in the right job. Our clients and candidates, trust us. They feel confident that we have their best interest at heart and we would only point them in the direction that would help them achieve their goal.
